Who You Are
- 5+ years of experience in medical aesthetics (or equivalent advanced training and experience)
- Highly skilled in delivering treatments and performing comprehensive aesthetic consultations
- Committed to natural, refined results and ethical patient care
- Demonstrate personal accountability and ownership in both words and actions
- Thrive in a culture of openness, trust, and collaborative teamwork
- Bring innovative ideas and a growth mindset to the practice
- Exceptional communicator with strong interpersonal skills
- Licensed (or eligible for licensure) in the State of Oregon

Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive compensation: base salary plus production-based incentives
- Estimated annual earnings: $150,000 – $225,000 (dependent on experience, schedule, and production)
